While we aim to meet agreed deadlines, delivery dates are estimates unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Where installation services are included, scheduling will be agreed in advance. Clients are responsible for ensuring site access and readiness at the agreed time.
Delays caused by site restrictions or access issues may result in additional charges.
Risk in goods passes to the client upon delivery. Ownership of goods remains with Staged Events Ltd until full payment has been received.
